What safety measures are being followed when plants are being serviced?
To help slow the spread of COVID-19 and safeguard our customers' well-being, we have created an action plan for responding to COVID-19. This plan, which is based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and State guidance, outlines the steps we are taking to address COVID-19. We suspended our plant maintenance but are ready to restart their care. What do we do?

Notify us with your intent to resume service as soon as you can (preferably two weeks prior to opening). A customer service representative can be reached at info@parkerplants.com or by calling 800-526-3672. Once a technician is scheduled for service, they will do a walk-through at your location to evaluate the plants' conditions and, if necessary, write up a replacement proposal. Please note: We will require some lead time in order for us to restart your care. We have regular shipments of plants coming in and will do our best to get your plants cared for as soon as we can.
